Wild Garlic And Padron Pepper Puree

Ramslök or Wild Garlic has entered the supermarkets in Sweden. I have always been curious about this herb, and have wanted to cook with it. Having made this purée with some roasted Padron Peppers, Coriander, Spring Onion and a lot of Garlic I am still on the fence about it. The paste was hot, not sure if that is from the amount of raw garlic I used or the roasted peppers.

Trying to find recipes in which I can now use this paste. Today I had it with some shop bought Tortellini and Turkish Yoghurt with a generous drizzle of Olive Oil. I have a jar of this to use up over the next few days, so any ideas to use this up are welcome.
