Gochujang Prawns with Turmeric Neer Dosa

When South Korea meets South India, magic can happen on a plate.

I needed to use up a bag of fresh Spinach before it wilted into mush, one big Pak Choi and some Oyster Mushrooms. I thought I’d make a stir fry using soya mince only to find that I had stored peas in the mince packet, so had to use some frozen prawns instead.

I love the fiery red of the Gochujang and Gochugaru. Some soy sauce, honey, white vinegar mixed in and a light sauce came together with the juices from the veggies.

Didn’t want to make rice or noodles nor eat this with bread or as is. After scratching my head for a while, my simple Neer Dosa hack came to the rescue. Added some turmeric powder just to feel like I was making something fancy.

Simple meals during a busy work day go a long way in making working from home tolerable.
