Gazpacho What do you do when you have dry, stale bread and caramelized burnt

What do you do when you have dry, stale bread and caramelized burnt bits stuck to your pan from your pasta sauce?

You fill the pan with hot water to loosen the burnt bits and then soak the stale bread in this water. Then you blitz some fresh tomatoes, some cucumber, some garlic and a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil with the soaked bread and now cooled water in the pan and make a Gazpacho .

Chill the whole mixture and eat it for lunch dressed up with some chopped cucumber, paprika and cumin powder. And then feel stupidly satisfied at you lazy ingenuity.

I had leftover spaghetti from dinner, so that went into the mix too. Also mixed in a huge dollop of the wild garlic paste I made a few days ago.
